Located one-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur, Grand Ion Delemen Hotel is located at 6000 feet above sea level and boasts mountain views of the Titiwangsa Range. The hotel features an indoor swimming pool. Guests can enjoy meals with various dining options at the on-site restaurant like the Kembali Kitchen Restaurant.

The property is a 10-minute drive from Genting Theme Park. KLIA2 is approximately 116 km from Grand Ion Delemen Hotel while KLIA is 118 km away.

The maintenance. The bathroom wash basin was leaking . The house keeping staff should have noticed arrangement for rapair should have been done. The room did not have any cutleries ?????

Convenience is greatly discounted

Spaciousness of the room.

Car park, check in and room are all very confusing, and it takes some time for us to realize Level 7 of Tower 7 links to Level 3 of Tower 3. Car park is not the most convenient. Room's floor is dusty on our first nite stay. Laundry bags weren't provided, and this is the first in our hotel staying experience.

Construction sound destroyed the experience

The hotel had a nice indoor swim pool which was fun to be in. The staff was quite efficient in checking us in and directing us to our building and parking space.

It is noisy as construction are on going end through out the night. The bed was quite uncomfortable thus making it an uncomfortable night rest. Not much food or restaurant choices especially for breakfast.

The phone was not working so every time I have to go down to the reception There are only 2 lift per tower They took our towels after the first day had to go and request it

Take this if no other alternative at the Highlands

A good property. Here are a few points that were good: 1) Good Location and Great Weather 2) The checkin and Check out process was very easy and quick, as it's all automated via the system. 3) Large rooms, but you do pay premium for this. 4) Breakfast is good and has fair bit of options.

However, these are a few points that need improvement or consideration when opting for this property: - There is massive construction near by, can get noisy. Our room was facing the construction site, and guess earlier the tenant left the balcony door open. The house was dusty in some parts. Proper Housekeeping was not done. - The cups/glasses kept in the kitchen were not clean. - Bathroom water pressure was low and did not get hot water even with keeping the geyser on for about an hour. - No one gives a walk through the process after checkin. You end spending some time figuring things out in the room. - Depending in which tower you are staying, reaching the parking could be a good walk through maze. Was a quite a distance. - The reception for checkin/checkout and parking validation is in Tower Jade, which is not obvious at the start and is not what would look like the main building. Hope this is helpful.

Big and clean room. Breakfast was decent.

Getting around the hotel was confusing. No proper signage. No TnG payment during check-in. I used a debit card for payment, but my credit card ended up being debited. This is very shocking.

A livable place for 1-2 nights stay but not worth the price.

The car park is guarded and a convenience store in the hotel compound.

The check-in procedure is confusing, check in is done at a different block from accommodation block. The standard of facility is lacking like the door latch is broken, shower ledge is slanted until it does not hold any stuffs and towel hook is at the edge of dropping. House keeping of the place is not done to standard, stains are still visible in the toilet tiles. Thankfully the towels and bedsheets are still clean enough to accept. Advance payment has to be paid for the carpark fees and if you exited the carpark before your check out hotel will not be able to refund you the parking refund.

* to go to another tower can be a bit confusing sometimes * interior design in the bedroom should be improve..not worth the price *the refridgerator does not work

الموقع ممتاز ومطل جميل وفيه بلكون والطاقم بشوشين ممتازيين وفي باص كل ساعه يوصل على الالعاب والمول

لم يعجبني بعض الشقق الاغرفه وحده يوجد بها ريحه غير مقبوله لم نستطع الجلوس فيها وغيرنا الى شقه اخرى غرفتين ودفعنا الفرق

الهاتف كان لا يعمل و خدمة حمل الحقائب لتسجيل الخروج بطيء بسبب حجم المنتجع الضخم يوجد ابراج كثيرة و بعيدة عن الإستقبال و حافلة النقل إلى جنتنق وولد ليست مجانية نسيت لوحة اشتريتها في الغرفة و سجلت خروج من الفندق ثم تواصلت مع الفندق قالوا لي لم نجد اللوحة

الفندق ممتاز يستاهل التجربه

المكان جميل جدا في أعلى جبال جينتين والجوء لطيف هناك انصح به بشده، يوجد لديهم باص كل ساعة من الفندق الى المجمع اللعاب لكن بحجز مسبق

الجو بارد ودرجة الحرارة ما بين 12 - 18 مئوية

لولا اني مشترك بباقة نت لما استطعت ان اتصل بالنت حق الفندق لانه يفصل ويعلق وكذلك الفطور جيد ولكن قليل الخيارات واللي معه عائلة واطفال مجبر انه يسكن بالفندق لانه لا يوجد سوى فندقين فيهما افطار واحد سعره فلكي والثاني قراند ديليمون اللي انا فيه بشكل عام الفندق جيد ولكن لازم تستخدم برنامج قراب علشان تفتك من تلاعب التكاسي بالأسعار
