Located one-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur, Grand Ion Delemen Hotel is located at 6000 feet above sea level and boasts mountain views of the Titiwangsa Range. The location n room is excellent

The maintenance. The bathroom wash basin was leaking . The house keeping staff should have noticed arrangement for rapair should have been done. The room did not have any cutleries ?????

Convenience is greatly discounted

Spaciousness of the room.

Car park, check in and room are all very confusing, and it takes some time for us to realize Level 7 of Tower 7 links to Level 3 of Tower 3. Car park is not the most convenient. Room's floor is dusty on our first nite stay. Laundry bags weren't provided, and this is the first in our hotel staying experience.

Construction sound destroyed the experience

The hotel had a nice indoor swim pool which was fun to be in. The staff was quite efficient in checking us in and directing us to our building and parking space.

It is noisy as construction are on going end through out the night. The bed was quite uncomfortable thus making it an uncomfortable night rest. Not much food or restaurant choices especially for breakfast.

Take this if no other alternative at the Highlands

A good property. Here are a few points that were good: 1) Good Location and Great Weather 2) The checkin and Check out process was very easy and quick, as it's all automated via the system. 3) Large rooms, but you do pay premium for this. 4) Breakfast is good and has fair bit of options.

However, these are a few points that need improvement or consideration when opting for this property: - There is massive construction near by, can get noisy. Our room was facing the construction site, and guess earlier the tenant left the balcony door open. The house was dusty in some parts. Proper Housekeeping was not done. - The cups/glasses kept in the kitchen were not clean. - Bathroom water pressure was low and did not get hot water even with keeping the geyser on for about an hour. - No one gives a walk through the process after checkin. You end spending some time figuring things out in the room. - Depending in which tower you are staying, reaching the parking could be a good walk through maze. Was a quite a distance. - The reception for checkin/checkout and parking validation is in Tower Jade, which is not obvious at the start and is not what would look like the main building. Hope this is helpful.

Big and clean room. Breakfast was decent.

Getting around the hotel was confusing. No proper signage. No TnG payment during check-in. I used a debit card for payment, but my credit card ended up being debited. This is very shocking.

A livable place for 1-2 nights stay but not worth the price.

The car park is guarded and a convenience store in the hotel compound.

The check-in procedure is confusing, check in is done at a different block from accommodation block. The standard of facility is lacking like the door latch is broken, shower ledge is slanted until it does not hold any stuffs and towel hook is at the edge of dropping. House keeping of the place is not done to standard, stains are still visible in the toilet tiles. Thankfully the towels and bedsheets are still clean enough to accept. Advance payment has to be paid for the carpark fees and if you exited the carpark before your check out hotel will not be able to refund you the parking refund.

Big clean room.

Big clean room. Balcony can be open.

Despite the shuttle bus every hour, still quite far from main genting about 10-15mins drive down. Breakfast spread is good. Reception helped with my phone cable left in the room after check out. Noises can be heard from above room til late 1am.

Terrible terrible stay! Awful customer service!

- High floor room. - Shuttle to shopping center.

- The staff barely spoke English and communicated very poorly. - The room was not clean and there was hair all over the pillows and the bed frame. - The room had many missing toiletries, and when asked for, they were sent in batches. The breakfast area was super crowded at all times. Out of four breakfasts, we only managed to get two. What a waste! I have asked to see the on-duty manager but ended up speaking with a senior staff who was not even interested in hearing our complaint. I sent a facebook message and it was ticked as "read" and that was the end of it. I was merely asking for what is rightfully our and paid for (i.e. proper access to a breakfast). For such a lovely country and a beautiful area, the hotel is doing a disservice to its reputation.

Staff are, as usual, highly attentive and eager to please.

Having stayed here several times, I realised the room conditions are rapidly deteriorating. The weekend breakfast in the overflow ballroom is terrible.

Relaxing weekend getaways!

The location of this hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the First World Hotel and I've got a room with a mountain view, it's totally breezing in the morning! Superb breakfast and great view surround the hotel itself. Better to book your slot earlier with the shuttle service if you want to go around Genting. Grab is available but after midnite, no driver wanted to take your booking.

I've stayed in the apartment with one room with basic decoration and no carpet. The floor quite sticky and slippery due to humid condition and my toddler had to wear the shoe all the time in the room. The toilet is great it just the hot water took longer time to function besides the wrong indication (we have to turn to blue to get the hot water instead of red).

Fantastic.

Location wise (top of the hill), breakfast was good, facility is awesome especially the wifi. Dont worry abt parking and if you get mountain view, you will feel very good.

It would be good if you have shorten the interval time for...

It would be good if you have shorten the interval time for the shuttle service. The bed is not too comfort and cleanliness has to be improved. The food that provided for breakfast the taste is not nice. But we are satisfied with the service provided by the staff and the facilities is good. Overall, we have pleasant journey with your hotel. But recommended to only those with their own transport.

The design of the switch in the bedroom is very weird as it hide inside the bed. Hence the light will keep turning on once you turn your body while sleeping and that is really very irritating and affect the sleeping quality.
